my home, my name is Stefano and I'm happy to share with you a place
I love, in whom I have chosen to live and to give shape and
substance to my feelings, hoping you will like it too, and can
arouse curiosity and desire to return.

of various
sizes
are available to you :

two double
bedrooms, hall, kitchen and
bathroom (one of
them accessible
and usable by
people with
disabilities)
* Normal capacity: 4

of 50 sqm. with
a double room, a room with single
bed, kitchen and
bathroom, a small porch floor
* Normal capacity: 3
people

1 apartment of 40
sqm. with
a double room, hall, kitchen and
bathroom, large
terrace, also
has a loft with
two beds
(futons)
* Normal capacity: 2
people
Check-in : 4 p.m.
Check-out : 10 a.m.
Dogs are welcome
but not more
than one per
apartment and
only if supervised and
kept on
a leash during
walks
Accomodation's prices
Prices are for night per person
without breakfast
- 40 euros for one night, 35 euros for
two nights, 30 euros from 3 to 7 nights
- Price includes :
linens (sheets
and towels)
with weekly
change and
final cleaning, and in the case of
residence for two nights is included the need
to prepare your
own breakfast(coffee,
tea, milk, biscuits,
toast, jams, butter, fruit
juices and
more)
- Cheaper accomodation : if you bring
your own linens (sheets and towels) the price is 20 euros per person.
Plus total 20 euros for the cleaning.

Breakfast prepared
by me (only
during the
opening of
the restaurant)
is
5 euros
- Extra bed -compared
to the normal capacity*- (sofa
beds, camp
beds, cots for small
children) is 10 euros
I require a
deposit of
half the total
price at
the time of reservation.
Up to 3
days prior
to entry the reservation
can be canceled, but
you will lose the
deposit, after
3 days I will
be forced
to ask the
full amount.
Kids's accomodation
- Small
children who
need a cot
or a bed prepared by
me pay
10 euros, otherwise, if
the parents provide themself, the
stay is
free for
them
- Older
children and
up to 10
years using a
regular bed pay
anyway half
the price for adults
Restaurant
I kindly
request a
reservation
The restaurant service is
open to
all on
weekends and before
holidays and
holidays in the
period between Easter
and the
Saints.
I receive only
groups of
at least 15
people during
the period between the Saints and
Easter, I
will communicate here any
periods of
closure.
It does not have half
board or full
board but the
accommodations are equipped
with kitchens, if
you come on
the weekends you
can enjoy the
opening of the restaurant during the
periods above
The set
menu consists
of two typical Piacenza pasta (ravioli with
tails, pisareiand
beans, Grandma's goodies, anolini soup, various
soups, porridge withvarious sauces,
etc..) Meats
and cheeses, fresh
seasonal vegetables from my
garden, raw, cooked
and pickled, bread
and homemade
desserts, coffee,
water and 1
/ 4 of
bulk wine at
25 euros per
person for
adults, 10
euros for children,bottled
wines and
other beverages excluded
Conference
room
I have a
room of
70 sqm. overlooking a
large terrace for
meetings, courses and private
parties to grant $
100 a
day plus
a deposit
